Thanks for having me here! Excited to join others on their journey. I have been training since high school, done a little bit of everything from powerlifting, yoga, CrossFit, but now mainly focusing on bodybuilding. Have seen lots of growth over the last 5 years with full ROM tempo controlled lifts, and a dialed in diet.
I am currently 6’1 233lbs as of this morning, currently cutting. I started my cut at 248 lbs.
